About Ajuma
Ajuma is a job board for roles in Ghana. Employers post openings, people apply with a profile and a CV, and both sides can see where an application actually stands.
How a job gets onto the board
An employer writes the posting and submits it. Someone on our side reads it before it goes live. If it needs changing we say what needs changing rather than rejecting it quietly. A role that has been filled gets closed, so the board stays a list of jobs you can still apply for.
What we ask of employers
- A real salary range where they can share one. Candidates told us the guessing is the worst part.
- A reason when they reject someone. It takes a sentence, and the rejection step will not go through without it.
- Keeping the application status honest, so under review means under review.
What it costs a candidate
Nothing. Browsing the board, creating an account and applying are free, and we never ask a candidate to pay to be seen by an employer.
